Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa, Nusa Lembongan (Bali)

I had a fantastic time at Batu Karang during my honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had a seamless experience from the moment we arrived. Our room was stunning and very comfortable. The only downside was that it could get a bit busy at times, but overall, it was well worth the investment for a special getaway.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel during our stay. The views from our room were lovely, and the massages were reasonably priced and easy to book. However, there were several service-related issues that left us feeling frustrated, especially with the communication regarding our ferry arrangements and the lack of replenishment in our room. It was a beautiful island, but we expected more considering the price we paid.

This hotel offers stunning views from every room and an overall atmosphere of top-notch service. The facilities are beautifully maintained, but the pillows could use an upgrade for more comfortable sleep. Additionally, the restaurant menu could be more varied. Despite these small setbacks, it truly feels like a slice of paradise.
